Case Study - Australian Portable Camps
Australian Portable Camps is a construction company that designs and manufactures portable housing units for the Oil,
Gas and Exploration Industry. Rubys CBS was engaged to prepare a major works tender for the Gorgan Gas Project. This
Rubys CBS prepared tender successfully resulted in a $ 120M project contract for the company.
Conditions of the successful tender involved the implementation of an integrated QMS (Quality Management System) to
achieve ISO 9001:2000 and AS/NZS 4801 accreditation. Rubys CBS, together with a team of professionals subcontracted by
Rubys developed the framework of the Quality Management System, identified resources, implemented staffing and training
requirements and rolled out the QMS modules across the client’s manufacturing site.
Ongoing consultation work by Rubys CBS delivered a complete gap analysis of the client’s business and the
