Frank Samson (Director, Rubys Technical)
Degree, diploma and trade qualified professional with over 18 years
direct management experience in leading engineering related operations,
factories, plants, teams and multi-disciplinary projects.
Frank has held positions in Operations and Project Management
including responsibilities for full P&L, budgets, systems
implementation, team building, manufacturing, engineering design,
engineering fabrication, warehousing, plant maintenance, plant
commissioning, procurement, building business critical operational
and project management systems, establishment of design office,
ISO 9000 compliance, managing and promoting quality and safety.
Frank has extensive experience across engineering, manufacturing,
and industrial environment encompassing but not limited to original
equipment, mining, factories, manufacturing plant and processes,
automation control, process development, product development,
automotive steel, machine tools, tool making, plastic extrusion,
steel fabrication, structural steel, machining and construction.
Through his professional exposure, Frank has gained extensive
risk and safety management experience encompassing plant and
equipment hazard analysis and safety management, OHS and familiarity
with Machine Safety AS 4024 and OHS regulations.
